1. Birla Mandir
Our 1 Day Hyderabad Local Sightseeing Trip will commence by first paying a visit to the famous Hindu temple, Birla Mandir. It is nestled on a small hill at a height of 280 feet. It is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara, also known as Lord Balaji or Lord Tirupati.

3. Charminar

As the name suggests, there are Char Minar, Four Towers which form the corners of the building. Each of these towers is embedded into the building and is not a separate structure as compared to the various other popular monuments.
Each side of the monument has various open arches which allow a view of the city. One arch on each of these sides has a clock installed which adds to its glorious theme.
The second floor of Charminar has a mosque where most people from the neighbourhood come to pray their Namaz.

4. Chowmallah Palace

The Chowmallah Palace is a must-visit because it’s an epitome of true elegance and regality. The Palace is divided into the Northern and the Southern Block.

5. Laad Bazar

6. Salar Jung Museum
Formerly famous for being a private art collection gallery of the Salar Jung family, Salar Jung Museum is now owned by the Government of India. It is one of three Art Museums of India.

7. Golconda Fort

The fort is spread over a distance of 10 km and is segmented into four forts. The fort comprised of various rooms, hallways, courtyards, temples, mosques, drawbridges, stables etc. An evening hike when the sun isn’t harsh will be a perfect time to explore it.
Fun Fact: Golconda Fort, which is a hill fort, was one of largest diamond markets during that era. Many famous diamonds like the Daria-i-Noor Diamond, Hope Diamond, Koh-i-Noor Diamond, Wittelsbach-Graff Diamond etc were traded right here.
